Random Old Swatches
Hello, everyone! Today I have a bit long post for you. I found some old swatches in my unpublished folder and I decided to post them all in one post. I swatched all of them a long time ago and I was thinking about re-doing swatches, but god knows, when that will be and if that will even happen, because I also have many other polishes to show you. I took all photos, before I made lightbox and you can see, that they're old, because my cleaning skills weren't the best here yet.
Look by Bipa Blue Stars
First polish I'm going to talk about today it's probably the polish I love the most from all mentioned in this post. Although it's name says Blue Stars, it's a purple shade with green shimmer. It has a bit chunky formula, but it can be applied nicely and 2 coats are enough to make it opaque. It also drys very fast. Once I wore it without top coat and it dried after 15 minutes, which is really fast. I'm buying Look by Bipa polishes in Bipa drugstores in Austria (they're also available in Croatia) and they cost around 2 €. These polishes are mini, they contains 5 ml, but I find them pretty good quality.

Look by Bipa Metallic Blue
This polish is actually more purple than blue, in person it's the purple color even more noticeable (camera doesn't like purple shades and it always makes them more blue looking as they really are). I bought this polish, because in the bottle it looked duochrome, but on nails there isn't not even a D from duochrome. It's a metallic purple shade. The application is as by other metallic shades - the brush leaves strokes, so you have to be a bit more careful while applying it. Here I used 2 coats. I can't say, I'm a fan of this one. If it would be duochrome, I would like it more, but so I think it's nothing special.
Lovie 11
I got this polish in a swap with Natalie from Natalie's Beautyland. Lovie is a Greek brand and as I see on their page, they have a lot of interesting and not expensive cosmetics. Unfortunatelly this polish doesn't have a name, only number 11. It's a nice teal shade with silver glitter. I like the color, but formula not that much, because it's a bit runny and sheer. Here I used 3 coats and my nail line is still visible. I think this polish is better for layering. On nails it has slight duochrome effect, but that isn't visible on photos.
Zoya Yara
This polish definitely deserves better swatch and I hope it'll get it soon. This is my first Zoya nail polish and this one was long on my WL, until I didn't bought it myself as a present for my last passed exam. I bought it on sale, so I'm not sure, if it's still available. It's a nice olive green shade with golden glitter. It has great formula and it applys nicely (sorry for my messy application, here I wasn't very good in cleaning yet). I used 2 coats for this swatch.
Color Club Wild At Heart
I bet you all know this polish. This is one of the first CC holographic polishes, although it's more purple shade with holo glitter than a true holo polish as polishes from their collection Holo Hues are. I like CC polishes, they have nice formula and are easy to apply. For this swatch I needed 2 coats.
L'Oreal Paris 811 Magic Croisette
I have only 2 L'Oreal nail polishes and both I bough on sale, because I think 6 € is too much for only 5 ml and they even don't have that interesting shades. I took this one, because it's a gorgeous darker blue shade with green shimmer, that makes it look duochromy. Its formula it's nice and it's opaque in 2 coats.
Deborah Milano Pret-a-Porter I Am Your Mermaid
I have quite few those mini Deborah polishes, that I adore, but this one is not one of them. The name suit its well, it's an aqua blue shade with blue flakies. The color it's gorgeous, but formula not that much. Although it's not difficult to apply, the polish is very sheer and I needed 3 coats for opacity here and as you can see, it came out pretty thick.
Essence Re-mix Your Style Stairway to Heaven
This is one old Essence polish from one of their old collections. It's a dark blue creamy shade, which is opaque in 2 coats.
Max Factor Fantasy Fire
Another polish, that you all probably know and own. It was very famous last year, but now nobody speak about it anymore. I got it and swached it, too, but never posted on my blog, so here it is now. One coat of Fantasy Fire over Essence Stairway to Heaven.
I hope you don't mind, I posted these old swatches. Do you have any of these polishes? What do you think about them? Thank you for reading!
